Subsequently , we introduce some monitoring model and implement currently used , then we release our model , which suit the 1 # boiler of beilun power plant , on the basis of the models before . our model is subdivided into three categories , each category suit the heat exchanger of deferent type : the furnace , convective surface and trisector air preheater , all these categories use clean factor as the indication of the soot desposition level 首先介紹了鍋爐灰污染危害的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)比研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外的灰污染監(jiān)測(cè)手段和監(jiān)測(cè)模型,并針對(duì)北侖1 #鍋爐,建立了鍋爐各受熱面灰污染監(jiān)測(cè)模型,這些監(jiān)測(cè)模型分為爐膛、對(duì)流受熱面、以及三分倉(cāng)空預(yù)器三種類(lèi)型,采用清潔因子作為受熱面灰污染狀況的指標(biāo)。
